Terms & Conditions

TripleFix – Terms & Conditions

1. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning, handyman, and related services provided by TripleFix, including services performed by its employees or independent contractors. By booking services with TripleFix, the customer agrees to these Terms. 

 

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and are considered estimates unless otherwise stated in writing. Final charges may vary depending on:

• Actual time required

• Condition of the property

• Additional services requested

• Changes to the original scope of work Hourly services are billed based on actual time worked.

 

3. Minimum Service Requirement

TripleFix may require a minimum number of service hours per visit. Service time begins upon arrival and ends when work is completed. 

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, or other approved methods. Late payments, declined cards, or chargebacks may result in additional fees and collection action.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. If the team arrives and is unable to perform the service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, a minimum service charge may apply. 

 

6. Access & Working Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. TripleFix reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous. 

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Secure valuables and fragile items

• Inform TripleFix of any special instructions or risks

• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are functioning TripleFix is not responsible for damage to improperly secured, unstable, or previously damaged items. 

 

8. Damage & Claims TripleFix is insured

Any claim for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. TripleFix is not responsible for: • Pre-existing damage • Normal wear and tear • Improperly installed fixtures • Hidden or structural defects Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

 

9. Independent Contractors

TripleFix may utilize trained employees or independent contractors to perform services.

 

10. Satisfaction Policy

If the customer is not satisfied, TripleFix must be notified within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any verified service issues.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

TripleFix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or property value reduction.

 

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between TripleFix and the customer and supersede all prior discussions or agreements. No modification shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
